Cygnett Resort Grand Shiva Shivpuri , Shivpuri (Uttarakhand)

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the indoor swimming pool. However, the overall service left a lot to be desired and I faced numerous issues with the room facilities. While the dining options were available, the quality didn't meet my expectations. For the price, I think there are better options out there.

The resort offers a pleasant stay with well-maintained facilities and helpful staff. The food is good but the menu could use some variety. A significant downside is its distance from the market, making transportation essential to explore the area easily.

We had an amazing reunion at this resort! The entire team was incredibly accommodating and made our stay enjoyable. The location is nice and close to adventure activities, although it's a bit further from Rishikesh. The food was delicious, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience backed by a very helpful staff, although a bit more variety in amenities would have made it perfect.
